Get out of the house
Family activities sheet No 02
- Have a treasure hunt
- Make a ‘volcano’ on the beach or in a sandpit
- Play ‘cat and dog’ when out walking or driving
- If you have nowhere in particular you need to go, let the kids choose the direction you head in
- Go star-gazing
- Go on a history trip of where you were born and tell stories
- Take some time to watch people in busy places and make up stories about them
- Buy some plant seeds and have growing competitions
