What should I tell the babysitter beforehand?
Take them on a quick tour of the house and show them where food, tea, coffee and cold drinks are kept. Leave the following information:
- Your mobile number, if you have one.
- Name, address and phone number of where you will be.
- Approximate time of return.
- Seat numbers, if you will be at a concert or show.
- Contact details of a nearby relative or friend who could help in an emergency.
- Telephone number of your doctor and local hospital.
